Crisis Center Monika provides

- psycho-social support
- peer support groups
- counselling and service advising
- supportive housing services after a period in a shelter.
Services are for all women with an immigrant background, having experienced violence or a threat of it.
All our services are free of charge for you, and you don’t have to tell us your name.
We provide services in following languages: Arabian, Dari, English, Spanish, Farsi, Persian, French, Finnish, Belarussian, and Russian.
You can visit us without an appointment from Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm. You can also book an appointment by calling 0800 05058.

Helpline 0800 05058 is open on Monday from 9 am to 7 pm, and from Tuesday to Friday from 9 am to 4 pm.
You can call from any place in Finland. Calling helpline is free of charge.
